Galaxy Call Centers, founded in 2024 for United States real estate investors, changed its name to Valtiera Group in October 2026. Same company, same leadership, same callers, same client accounts. One name for everything we run for you, for the greater good of our services and smoother operations.
Why
The name needed to catch up with the company.
Galaxy was built as a real estate cold calling brand. By 2026 the same team was running appointment setting, acquisitions, customer support and data services for roofing, solar, insurance and asset-recovery businesses as well as investors.
Val for value. Tier for a higher tier. Valtiera describes that company. Galaxy Call Centers no longer did.

Yes. Galaxy Call Centers changed its name to Valtiera Group in October 2026. Same company, same leadership, same callers, same client accounts. Only the name changed.
Do existing clients need to sign a new contract?
No. Existing agreements remain in force. References to Galaxy Call Centers in those agreements mean Valtiera Group. Pricing, terms, callers and account managers are unchanged.
Do the old @galaxycallcenters.com email addresses still work?
Yes, indefinitely. New correspondence comes from @valtieragroup.com.
